The Founder
Dr. Ken Sison brought over his expertise in the area of Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression to SDC Manila from the USA. Dr. Sison has treated many difficult cases in Los Angeles, California and also in the Philippines with SUCCESS.
Certified as a key Spinal Decompression Specialist from Spinal Aid Centers of America. Dr. Sison is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles ( CCCLA). A diplomate with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners with a masters in nutrition.

Dr. Jeff Gutierrez leads SDC Manila as its Clinic Director and a dedicated practitioner in non-surgical spinal decompression. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, he is the nephew and former apprentice of Dr. Ken Sison, founder of SDC Manila and a pioneer in spinal decompression therapy in the Philippines.
Dr. Jeff completed his studies at RMIT University. In 2019, he refined his skills through advanced training with respected professionals in the Philippines at the time – including Dr. Ken Sison, Dr. Alcantara, and Dr. Ghiraldi, gaining hands-on experience in movement-based, non-invasive care.
Having practiced in Melbourne, Dr. Jeff has helped a wide range of patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and regain function through tailored, results-oriented treatment. He is proficient in a variety of techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson Drop, Activator Method, and DTS Spinal Decompression Therapy.
Now at SDC Manila, Dr. Jeff brings the strength of next-generation leadership while honoring the legacy built before him. His holistic, movement-focused approach reflects a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Outside the clinic, Dr Jeff stays active through tennis, golf, and strength training.
